Setting Your Goals Now
There isn’t a good reason why we shouldn’t have that “beach bod” all year round, so why lose all the hard work you’ve done!
Even though there are still a few good months left of the warm weather now, it’s never too early to set your sights high for when those pesky holidays and tasty foods start making your mouth water.
Here are some tips that can help you keep a look your proud of year round.
1. Keep your work out routine
-It’s true that as the holidays arrive and family gets into town, finding time seems increasingly difficult. Just remember that a little time away for you is always a good thing! Even getting a 30 minute work out in will help you feel energized and ready to take on anything the schedule and family may throw your way.
-Also consider exercises that don’t necessarily require set aside time. Whether it’s a few jumping jacks in the morning, squats in your downtime, working your abs while you are in the car or taking the stairs, there are always options for keeping your body in motion.
2. Stay within your boundaries.
-If you have portion limits, sugar limits or any other goals now, keep them that way! Of course you don’t want to miss out on all the holiday goodies, so make sure you are keeping your diet balanced and within healthy boundaries!
