Here are a few tips to get you POSH Bikini ready!
- Face it! It is time to get your booty back in gear! Commit yourself to exercise! Make a pledge to try 40-50 minutes of cardio per day, 4-5 times per week.
- Hydrate! Water fills you up, curbs food cravings and flushes toxins out of your system.
- Snack Healthy! Throw out the chips and candy and replace them with raw vegetables like carrots and celery, or apple slices, raisins. Nuts and seeds are excellent choices as well as almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, watermelon. Take out a lot of the breads from your diet that you indulge in over the winter and mix in a lot of more summer fruits and some lean meats.
- Sleep it Off! Make sure to get a good night’s sleep – 7-8 hours per night.
- Work your Inner POSHness! Create a positive inner dialogue, and tell yourself how great you look, no matter where you are or what you are wearing!
- Make a trip to Brazil! But there are no planes involved, just some wax and a little pain. Pop a few Advil before your waxing appointment and you will be ready for the beach in no time!
- Self Tanning is a must! For the most even coverage, make sure to exfoliate before!
